My collaboration with Emily dates back to 2014. At that time, my previous supplier's product quality issues led to customer complaints in my store. Sometimes, she would reply even at 2 AM her local time, making me feel like she is a superwoman who doesn't need rest, haha, just kidding. Since my store was small at the beginning, my orders were relatively small too. However, Emily was very helpful. She communicated with her company's CEO and ensured I could procure the products I needed smoothly.
Over the following years, my business grew, and so did my order volumes. I began asking Emily to help me source additional products, and she was always more than willing to assist. We are not just business partners but also very good friends. I always encouraged her to start her own company, and I was thrilled when she founded TopEssKids. I will continue to work with her and sincerely hope her company thrives.
